Terms of service

Translation for information. The German version of these terms and conditions is legally binding.

General Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses via the online shop alsakina.de with Sakina, owner Haitham Alsayah, Thürhammer Straße 28, 83043 Bad Aibling, Germany (hereinafter “we”). A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button in the last step of the checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. Immediately afterwards you receive an order confirmation by email. With this order confirmation we accept your offer and the purchase contract is concluded.

Before submitting your order, you can check and correct your entries at any time using the usual keyboard and mouse functions.

§ 3 Contract language and contract text

The contract language is German. We store the contract text and send you the order details and these terms by email. You can view these terms at any time on this page.

§ 4 Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. As a small business owner within the meaning of § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it. Shipping to Germany and all countries of the European Union is free of charge for you.

§ 5 Delivery

We deliver to Germany and all countries of the European Union. The delivery time is 4–5 business days unless stated otherwise on the respective product page.

§ 6 Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered during checkout.

§ 7 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 8 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.

§ 9 Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.

§ 10 Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the delivery person as soon as possible and contact us without delay. Failure to do so has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement; it does, however, help us assert our own claims against the carrier.

§ 11 Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 12 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
